Although Duyell makes every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, typographical errors or technical issues may occasionally occur.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to any error, Duyell reserves the right to:

Customers will not be charged any amount without confirmation where required.

SECTION 10 – ORDERS & ORDER ACCEPTANCE

If an order is cancelled by Duyell after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded through the original payment method or another suitable method determined by Duyell.
Once an order has been confirmed and processed, customers are advised to refer to Duyell’s Return, Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy for any further requests.

SECTION 11 – PAYMENTS

Duyell accepts secure online payments through trusted payment gateway providers.

Accepted payment methods may include:

Razorpay
PhonePe
Other payment methods introduced from time to time.

At present, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

All payment transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

Duyell does not store your complete debit card, credit card, banking credentials, or UPI PIN.

Customers are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and valid payment details before completing the transaction.

Duyell shall not be responsible for payment failures arising from:

Bank server issues.
Paymet gateway downtime.
Network failures.
Incorrect payment information.
Transaction limits imposed by banks or payment providers.
Any other circumstances beyond Duyell’s reasonable control.

An invoice will be generated for every successful order in accordance with applicable Indian laws.

In the event of a failed payment where the amount has been debited but the order is not confirmed, customers are requested to contact their bank or payment service provider. If the issue persists, they may contact Duyell Customer Support for assistance.

SECTION 12 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Duyell is committed to delivering fresh, high-quality food products to our customers in a safe and timely manner.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (IST) on working days are generally processed and dispatched within 24 hours, subject to product availability and successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.

Our team works diligently throughout the week to process orders as quickly as possible. However, courier partners generally do not provide regular pickup services on Sundays and certain Government Holidays. As a result, orders placed after 5:00 PM on Saturday, as well as on Sundays or Government Holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.

Estimated delivery timelines are generally 3–7 business days after dispatch and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier partner, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout.

At present:

Free Shipping is available on prepaid orders of ₹499 and above.
A flat shipping charge of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹499.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including their name, delivery address, PIN code, email address, and contact number.

Duyell shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Risk and ownership of the products shall pass to the customer upon successful delivery at the shipping address provided during checkout.

SECTION 13 – RETURN, REFUND, REPLACEMENT & CANCELLATION

At Duyell, every product is packed with utmost care under strict hygiene and quality standards. As our products are food items, we maintain a policy that prioritizes food safety while ensuring fairness to our customers.

Returns

For hygiene and food safety reasons, products purchased from Duyell are not eligible for return once delivered.

Order Cancellation

To ensure prompt dispatch and maintain product freshness, order processing begins shortly after an order is placed.
Accordingly, once an order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, refunded, or exchanged.
Customers are requested to carefully review their order details before completing the purchase.

Refund Policy

As a general policy, Duyell does not offer refunds on successfully delivered products.

Refund requests will not be accepted for:

Change of mind.
Personal taste or preference.
Incorrect product selection by the customer.
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond Duyell’s reasonable control.
Natural variations in colour, texture, aroma, or taste that commonly occur in food products.

Replacement for Genuine Issues

If you receive:

A damaged package,
A tampered package,
An incorrect product,
An expired product, or
A product with a verified manufacturing defect,

please contact us within 12 hours of delivery.

To process your request, kindly provide:

Order ID or proof of purchase.
A complete unboxing video beginning from the unopened package (mandatory).
Clear photographs of the product and packaging.
A brief description of the issue.

Our Quality Control team will carefully review the submitted information. If the claim is found to be genuine, Duyell will arrange a free replacement at no additional cost.
As our products are perishable food items, requests received after 12 hours of delivery, or requests submitted without the required unboxing video and supporting photographs, may not be eligible for replacement.

Orders Lost During Transit

If an order is confirmed as lost during transit by our courier partner, Duyell will investigate the matter and provide an appropriate resolution, including a replacement where applicable.

SECTION 14 – PROMOTIONAL OFFERS, COUPONS & DISCOUNTS

From time to time, Duyell may offer promotional discounts, coupon codes, referral rewards, loyalty benefits, free gifts, or limited-time offers.

Coupon codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
